The composition and structure of precision CNC lathe

Before using a precision CNC lathe, we must first have a comprehensive understanding of its structure, working principle and operational precautions. Now, let's take a look at the composition and structure of precision CNC lathes.

1. Host: is the main body of precision CNC machine tools, including machine body, column, spindle, feed mechanism and other mechanical parts. It is a mechanical part used to complete various cutting processes.

2. Auxiliary device: refers to some supporting parts necessary for precision CNC machine tools to ensure the operation of CNC machine tools, such as cooling, chip removal, lubrication, lighting, monitoring, etc., including hydraulic and pneumatic devices, chip removal devices, exchange tables, CNC turntables, CNC indexing, as well as tools and monitoring and testing equipment.

3. Numerical control device: It is the core of numerical control machine tool, including hardware (printed circuit board, CRT display, key box, paper tape reader, etc.) and corresponding software. It is used to input digital parts program, complete input information storage, data conversion, interpolation operation, and realize various control functions.

4. Drive device: drive part of precision CNC machine tool actuator, including spindle drive unit, feed unit, spindle motor and feed motor. Under the control of numerical control device, the spindle and feed drive are realized by electro-hydraulic servo system. When multiple feeds are connected, the processing of positioning, straight line, plane curve and space curve can be completed.

5. Programming and other auxiliary devices can be used to program and store parts outside the machine.
